Before you proceed to register, we strongly recommend you go through the following terms and conditions:

These terms and conditions can also be found on the Advocacy Links Website at: https://www.advocacy-links.com/eventpolicies Terms and Conditions.

In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you - the person who has completed the registration to an Advocacy Links event. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms will indicate the organizers - Advocacy Links.

  • By opting to complete registration to an Advocacy Links event, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not register or attend the event.

  • Please note that Advocacy Links reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions - without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website: www.advocacy-links.com. These changes will relate back to the date of registration to the event.

  • The registration you complete represents revocable access the event on the scheduled date. This registration can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options. If the registration is revoked, you will not be granted entry to the event.

  • The registrant must assume full responsibility for the registration information, once (s)he receives it via email. Advocacy Links has no liabilities - financial, legal, or otherwise - in case the delivered registration information is lost, damaged, destroyed, or rendered unusable in any way.

  • Kindly note that the Advocacy Links Website is the sole authorized source for completing an event registration(s). If you complete a registration from any other unauthorized source, you take on the risks of the registration(s) turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonor such stolen/counterfeit purchase confirmations and declare them void.

  • The event registration is not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. You cannot use the ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes either (including sweepstakes and competitions) without Advocacy Links' prior approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your event entrance.

  • Please note that the event registration(s) cannot be redeemed against cash or any other benefits. Refer to the Cancellation policy for information on unforeseen cancellations.

  • Advocacy Links has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of the event registration terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of Advocacy Links will be deemed final (i.e., the issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes).

  • The registration will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as the event starts on the advertised date. Refer to Advocacy Links Event Cancellation policy for further details.

  • If you are not able to access any particular section(s) of the venue due to delays, federal regulations, organizer policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation, Internet access issues or any other reason, you will not be eligible for future credits as defined in this policy.

  • If the event is canceled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer, the issuer will follow all guidelines in the Advocacy Links Cancellation policy section of this document. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, federal/state announcements, strikes, delays in production, Internet issues and the like. Once again, the decision of Advocacy Links will be considered final.

  • If the event must be rescheduled to another date, you will not be eligible for any credits toward other events, unless special arrangements are made with Advocacy Links. In case the event is fully canceled, the Advocacy Links Cancellation policy section of this document will be followed.

  • Losses, if any, occurring due to foreign exchange fluctuations at the time of refunds, have to be borne by the purchaser. Advocacy Links cannot be, in any way, held liable for that.

  • All registrations are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. Refer to the Advocacy Links Cancellation policy section of this document for further information.

  • In-person events are ‘rain or shine’ events. By purchasing a ticket for this event, you are agreeing that you have reviewed the specifications for participating in this event as noted in the event publicity materials (such as age, etc.)

  • If it is determined at an in-person event or after you have logged into a virtual event that the attendee does not match the event criteria, (s)he will not be granted entry to the event. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued either.

  • At the time of entering an in-person event venue, you are required to produce the ticket (or the ticket PDF sent by email on a device) and a valid identification document (ID). By presenting an ID, you confirm that all details present on it are accurate and updated. For virtual events, the Life Consultant will have a list of registrants to verify that all attendees are registered to attend. If you have not registered, you may not be granted access to the event.

  • By registering for the event and presenting the correct information at the time of the event, you give your consent to Advocacy Links to collect certain information about yourself (name, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification and internal agency tracking only.

  • Registering and participating in this event signifies your agreement for your likeness (pictures) to be used in Advocacy Links' social media, marketing & communications. It is the registrant’s responsibility to initiate this request with Advocacy Links.

  • For in-person events, Advocacy Links does not take any responsibility for personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.

  • For in-person events, All attendees and Advocacy Links will follow all policies of the event venue related to unauthorized drug usage, lewd or obscene behaviors, health precaution policies (COVID precautions) or any other policy in place to ensure public safety. If you are found to violate any of these policies, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately. Your event registration(s) will become void from that point on.

  • In all cases of disputes between the ticket-bearer and the ticket-issuer, the decision of the ticket-issuer will be deemed final. In case a dispute cannot be resolved, the help of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought.
